Colour Ecology 2

Actually this is the third class which is part of Kathy Beckett‘s Colour Ecology in the House for an Art Lover, but I didn’t take part in the first one. Photos from last workshop can be found here.

Had a great time in the workshop foraging, dyeing using bundling technique, doing colour analysis and dying fabric in elderberries. It feels great to be making stuff.

    • Ah, yes, totally. I hadn’t realised that, but I think that’s why I enjoyed it so much. It’s so surprising too, you’d never know that it’s the lichen that gives that rusty orange colour.
